in edible oils and fats.
Application:
⑴Ice cream:Avoid forming large ice cr ystal, improve mouthfeel and provide creamy texture, improve stabilization.
⑵Snakes:Improve process properties, increase swelling rate, provide a fine and uniform crumb structure, reduce staling rate.
⑶Meat,sausage and ham:Improve water storage capacity, to prevent the oil-water separation.

Storage & Transportation:
Avoid sunlight,rain and store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 25℃.Do not store or transport it with
